Philosophy

Philosophy 〰️

Modern humans have left behind the ancient practices that fueled us for thousands of years. Simple practices like exposure to heat & cold, conscious breath manipulation, self-induced stress exposure, whole food nutrition, plant medicines, and meditation. I believe that by incorporating practical tools into our daily lives we can unlock our full potential and grow as individuals and as a society. You should not attempt to follow my path or do everything that I have done. We are all on a unique path. My philosophy is one of trial and error, of exploration of self, and ultimately of experimentation. There is no easy pill here. There is no one size fits all. Our bodies and minds are each unique. In order to become the master of your vessel you must explore it. My intention is to share the tools and information I’ve found useful on my journey. You need to put the time in and explore the tools that work for you and your goals.
