As humans, breathing equals life. From the day you're born until the day you die, you take around 22,000 breaths a day. Yet, about 85% of humans don’t know how to breathe properly. I started Stasis to fix that. Our mission is to help people reach their full potential. We do this by fusing technology, data, and science to develop digital and physical products that empower humans to use their breath for optimizing health and performance.
